Before buying

In order to make your purchases on our site, you will be asked your identification details such as your first - last name, your phone (mobile or landline), your email address and other information according to the data entry form of our site. On completing your purchase with us, you guarantee that the billing details you entered are valid and correct, and that the payment will be executed in full, when your order is accepted.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the owner of the billing information. If you are under 18 (under age), please do not create a user account on this site or post any information. In any case, the company will not accept any transaction from persons under 18 years of age.

The site is available to those who:

- comply with the aforementioned terms of use of the site
- have registered a valid debit or credit card accepted by our site, or have agreed on the total amount of the deposit in the bank account of the company
- have authorized the company to charge their debit or credit cards with the exact amount of their orders.

Order and purchase

Below you will be asked to select the shipping method in the window entitled "Your order".
- Pick up from the atelier (during business hours).
- Shipping by Courier: € 3.50 (1-3 working days) within Greece.
- Free shipping: this option appears only for orders in Greece and if your order is over €70.00 (1-3 working days).

Then there is the choice of the payment method.
If you have selected "Pick up from the atelier" you are given the following options:
- PAYMENT AT ATELIER (in this case, your order must be collected within 10 working days, otherwise it will be canceled)
- CREDIT / DEBIT / PREPAID CARD (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners)
the buyer will be transferred to the secure environment of the Alpha Bank page where you will be asked for your card details
If you have selected "Courier Shipping" you are given the following options:
- CREDIT / DEBIT / PREPAID CARD (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners)

- Pay / Cash On Delivery / COD (in this option there is a charge of €2 extra, for shipments within Greece). Valid only for order totals up to €50.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail stating the details of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in case:
- we do not receive payment approval
- we can not deliver to the area where you live
- you do not agree with the terms of use of the site
- one or more products had an incorrect price due to an error.

In case you want to cancel your order, the company must updated within one (1) hour of registration and you will be contacted via e-mail or phone regarding when the money will be deposited in your card or account in case you have chosen one of the aforementioned payment methods. In the event of a different payment method, the buyer will be contacted upon the completion of the process of the cancellation of your order.
If the buyer chooses to pick up the order from the store, they are obliged to collect it within 10 days. The company reserves the right to check your details and not to serve you in the future in case of repeated cancellations (more than twice).


Order execution time

Once the order is certified and confirmed, we need 1-7 working days to execute it.



Shipments within Attica have a delivery time of 1-3 working days, while for the rest of the network in Greece (mainland or island destinations) the delivery time is 1-4 working days.
The shipping cost is € 3.50.
Cash On Delivery /COD (you will give the exact amount of the order to the courier upon delivery of the parcel). Cash on delivery service costs €2 extra.
Finally, you can pick up your order from our atelier, 42 , Tzavella A. Str, 15451, Neo Psychiko.1st floor, Greece, within our business hours, free of charge.
For purchases over €70.00 there is no shipping charge regardless of the method of payment.


Shipments abroad are provided by ELTA (Hellenic Post). There is a charge of 20 euros within Europe and 30 euros for non-European destinations.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.
For shipments within Greece, our customers will have their order delivered by Speedex Courier.
Shipments to foreign countries, customer service is provided through ELTA.

Security and delivery

All SARINA products have a special protection package in order to for them to be in excellent condition when delivered. If you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the company does not take responsibility for the damage. Please contact us in order to ascertain the damage and accordingly proceed with the replacement of your order.
The company does not take responsibility for deliveries not executed due to force majeure.
Both shipments and deliveries correspond to the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not take responsibility for not delivering products to incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us, because you did not receive it or because the courier company or the post office failed to complete the delivery, you will bear the costs of the resend.

Right of Withdrawal - Replacement Policy - Repairs

– Warranty for defective product

In the event that any of our jewelry shows a defect, we replace or repair it free of charge if it is of within 30 calendar days of receipt. Shipping costs are our charge. The product will be repaired in our atelier within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery.

Return Terms

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used, is in excellent condition as before the sale and in its full original packaging (box, etc.), which should not have been worn out / damaged. In order for the product to be returned, the person, who originally purchased the product, must present the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice).

Return procedure In the store

In this case, it can be delivered and checked, and then it can be replaced with another product of the same value.
If you receive our creations through a courier company
In this case, the product should be packed in a way so that its transport is safe e.g. in a larger box to ensure its protection during shipment and then return the product through the courier company of your choice. Note that the return costs charge the customer. If the product is deemed suitable for return, then it will be replaced with another product of the same value.

Replacement process

In case of replacement, the first shipment to the customer is going to be paid by the company. Any subsequent ones will be at the expense of the customer.
In case the product does not meet the above conditions, the return costs of the product will be paid by the customer.

- Jewelry repair

All SARINA handmade jewelry can be repaired. You can contact us and receive our offer for the repair of your jewelry and then send us the jewelry you want to be repaired (at your own expense) at SARINA, 42, Javella A Str, 1st floor, 15451 Neo Psychiko, Greece.
If possible, you can bring the jewelry for repair to our atelier (42,Tzavella  A Str., 1st floor, 15451 Neo Psychiko, Greece, during business hours).
After checking it, we will inform you of the repair cost via e-mail or by phone.
